✦By commissioning me you agree that you have read my Terms of Service and agree to adhere to the terms in it's entirety.⋆If any of the rules are broken, the commissioner will receive a warning, and if it repeats, they will be put on a private blacklist and will not be able to get any future commissions/adoptables/art from me.

COMMISSIONS

⋆The payment is for a digital good in the form of a digital image that is custom made according to the customers order. No physical item will be received by/shipped to the buyer.⋆My art is always changing and evolving, some finished pieces may not always look like the examples provided;
Please make sure you are familiar with my work before commissioning me, there are plenty of examples in my galleries that anyone is free to take a look.⋆If you think that a specific commission cannot be done with my art style, then you may want to reconsider commissioning me.✦I will not draw anything explicit or nsfw, ask about suggestive art.✦I will not draw anything that’s offensive or any kind of fetish.✦If you’re unsure about anything, please don’t be afraid to ask.♦I WILL NOT PROVIDE UNWATERMARKED VERSIONS OF MY WORK✦It is your responsibility to save your commission after it is done. After a month, I'll either delete or store older artworks and I will not go back to it to resend it.✦Work in progress art will always be provided, if I make any mistakes or you want any edits or fixes, please let me know and be clear with the changes you want made.

ARTIST AND COMMISSIONER

⋆By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist time and labor only;
I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.✦The commissioner may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and/or linked back to any of my galleries like Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, ToyHouse or others available in my Carrd.✦Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.✦You are not allowed to trace or copy my art in any way, edit or take pieces from different artworks and use it as your own.
⋆Inspiration is okay, replicas or copying is not.✦You may not claim my work to be your own, edit [Crop pieces, draw over, remove/edit watermark, add images or pngs on top, alter color hue or saturation, etc]
⋆If you're unsure, contact me first, I can make edits without extra cost if the artwork is still available✦You may NOT set my artwork up for redistribution, sell it as NFTs or use it for AI training or anything related to it.

ADOPTS/DESIGNS

⋆ This applies to all my character designs!! Including pre made characters, adopts or custom designs.✦You can change the design itself however you like, you may change the background [if received transparent version] and add texts to the reference, but you cannot edit my art [Crop pieces, draw over, remove/edit watermark, add images or pngs on top, alter color hue or saturation, etc].✦You may not claim the original design as your own work. If you have ordered a custom character design from me, you may point out and take credit for the original idea for the design
♦For example: Character concept by me, artwork and design by Amontis.✦You may NOT use my designs as the base for derivative characters, such as relatives or hybrids;
The character designs may not be turned into new or preexisting Closed, Open, or Personal Species.⋆ All sales are final, I do not do refunds;
if you no longer want a design, you may gift, trade, or resell it to someone else.✦Traded or gifted designs can only be traded/gifted, you may only resell it if there is additional art, such as commissions, personal art, or gift art to add value to the design.✦You may sell a design that you bought for a higher price only it if there is additional art, such as commissions, personal art, or gift art to add additional value to the design;♦PLEASE be mindful with the ammount you will change extra [if you paid $50 for a design and gotten an artwork valued as $25, do not sell the design for $100, for example]⋆You cannot attach new rules to a design made by me, even if it is/was owned by you;

ORDERING

⋆When ordering you must keep in mind:✦I will not work with character descriptions [unless a custom design is being ordered]
*If a reference provided is Shaded, Traditional or a 3D model, there may be some discrepancies with the color palettes, so keep that in mind♦By commissioning me, the Artist, you need to provide me with a clear reference image of the character you want to be used.⋆For instance, I will not work on a fullbody commission if you only provide a headshot of the character.✦I work with Original Characters (OCs) only.
Feel free to ask about fan characters.✦Please describe as much details as needed when ordering, and be clear with what you want.✦The orders are not first come first serve, if for whatever reason I'm unable to work on your commission or don't feel confortable working on it, your order will not be accepted and any payment made will be refundedSome reasons for me not to accept your order:
⋆Your account is private or your DMs are closed (I cannot reach out to you via DM)
⋆Lack of references, broken links, private toyhouse profiles/google drive
*Reference image is too pixelated, low quality, file too small
⋆I feel like the character design and/or the commissioners idea doesn't fit my art style/artistic abilities
⋆Can't find your social media/email has a typo

PAYMENT

⋆All payment must be made be in USD. Via Paypal or Stripe.

Playment plans can be discussed for orders above 100USD.✦You can request a refund if I haven’t started your commission, partial refunds may be discussed if I have already sent wips or started working on your commission.✦Once the work is completed I cannot refund the commission.For orders made outside of Ko-fi, either through DMs or email
⋆If the payment is not sent within 48 hours and no reason has been given, I will cancel your order.
